In managing international transport across ocean freight, air cargo, cross-border express, rail routes, and e-commerce fulfillment (including Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and TikTok Shop), CINA LOGISTICS acts as the primary data controller for operational freight booking and customer inquiries.

We only collect data necessary to prepare quotations, execute transit, complete export/import declarations, and deliver commercial cargo:

• Client Identifiers: Name, corporate business registration name, operational email address, and WhatsApp/phone number.
• Commercial Cargo Documentation: Commercial invoices, packing lists, carton gross weight, volumetric dimensions (CBM), product descriptions, material composition, and Harmonized System (HS) classifications.
• Consignee & Route Details: Shipper factory collection addresses in China, destination commercial delivery addresses, recipient contact records, and Amazon/Walmart fulfillment warehouse codes (e.g., ONT8, GYR3, WFS Hub).
• Technical Site Data: IP addresses, language selection cookies (preserving English, Spanish, Arabic, and other preferences), and upload progress metrics.

3 Legal Basis & Purpose of Processing

Your commercial data is processed exclusively under the following lawful trade and contractual requirements:

• Contract Performance: Calculating tier freight rates, reserving container/air cargo space, arranging domestic pickup, and delivering shipments under agreed Incoterms (DDP, DAP, CIF, FOB).

CINA LOGISTICS maintains a strict confidentiality policy. We do not monetize, distribute, or share client information with commercial advertisers. Data sharing is limited strictly to authorized operational partners:

• Ocean & Air Carriers: Contracted ocean shipping lines (e.g., Maersk, COSCO, MSC, Matson) and airline cargo handlers to issue Bills of Lading and Air Waybills (AWB).
• Statutory Authorities: China Customs, destination customs border agencies, port terminal operators, and bonded logistics park administrators.
• Final-Mile Delivery Providers: Contracted line-haul truckers, commercial freight terminals, and courier networks (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) for final dock or door delivery.

We recognize that factory sources and supplier pricing represent critical proprietary trade advantages for importers. Packing lists, factory contacts, and purchasing pricing received for consolidation or quality inspection are treated with strict operational secrecy and protected against unauthorized disclosure.

6 Document Retention & Data Security

Customs declaration forms, tax payment receipts, and commercial invoices are maintained for the statutory period required by maritime and international customs regulations (typically 3 to 7 years).

All electronic submissions, file attachments, and database entries are safeguarded via SSL/TLS encryption, firewall-gated servers, and restricted internal staff credentials.

7 Client Rights & Inquiries

Subject to statutory international freight record retention requirements, clients have the right to review, update, or request the deletion of their personal information on file.
